MYPROWRITER.COM, THE SERVICES PROVIDED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH (THE SERVICES) AND THE SOFTWARE AVAILABLE TO DOWNLOAD FROM MYPROWRITER.COM ARE OWNED, OPERATED AND MAINTAINED BY RHEE EDUCATION SYSTEM (RES) INC, A CORPORATION OF NEW JERSEY. ("WE", OUR OR US). BY USING OR ACCESSING THE SITE OR THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW (TERMS). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, NEITHER YOU NOR YOUR DESIGNEE OR GIFTEE MAY ACCESS, DOWNLOAD, OR USE (AS APPLICABLE), THE SITE, THE SERVICES OR THE SOFTWARE. THIS AGREEMENT MAY BE MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME. YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS TO THIS SERVICE WILL CONSTITUTE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ANY CHANGES OR REVISIONS TO THE AGREEMENT. Services

Through our Services, we enable you to connect with an independent contractor writer ("ProWriter") who provides one-on-one “Essay Proofreading” services from various locations in the United States of America. The Services include, without limitation, keeping track of user’s favorite ProWriters, best matching users with an available ProWriter from our database, and collecting feedback from users. The revision service by your ProWriter is usually available within 2 business days after your submission to MyProWriter.com, excluding all weekends and major holidays such as New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.

Registration Obligations

To use the Services, you will need to register on the site and pay any applicable fees for the service you require. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for all activities and liabilities associated with/ or occurring under your account, username and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement or as a result of use of your account, username or password, either with or without your knowledge. We reserve the right to provide access to your account and all information contained therein to such minor's parents, guardians or other authorized adults, including, but not limited to, authorized school representatives.

Purchase and Payment

MyProWriter.com accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Refunds are not granted under any condition once your draft essay has been uploaded to MyProWriter.com. In case conditions unforeseen in this Agreement take place and a refund is needed, you agree to cover the technical expense of $20 for the refund procedure.

Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any forms of illegal activity, violence, racial discrimination or any other non-educational purposes. No content uploaded or downloaded during the Service procedure by any users, you and your ProWriter, should involve anything profane, abusive, defamatory, infringing, threatening, obscene, unlawful, or racist. MyProWriter.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services, or any portion thereof. You are solely responsible for any legal claims arising as a result of misuse.

Copyright

All Content in MyProWriter.com, including, articles, reviews, directories, guides, text, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips, video, html source, trademarks, logos, and the like, as well as its selection and arrangement, is owned by MyProWriter.com. Users, You and your ProWriter, may download or print any portion of their current or the past Content solely for their personal, non-commercial use. No other use is permitted without prior written permission of MyProWriter.com.

Copyright Claims

For claims of copyright infringement directly on the website or via links or other references to another online location that contains material or activity that infringes upon your copyright rights, you may notify MyProWriter.com, by providing the following information (as required by the ONLINE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LIABILITY LIMITATION ACT OF THE DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT, 17 U.S.C. SEC. 512) to our copyright agent set forth below:

*	A physical or electronic signature of person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

Termination

MyProWriter.com may terminate this Agreement, and your access to and use of Content, or any portion thereof, immediately, at its sole discretion, at any time without cause. All licenses granted under these Terms terminate immediately at the end of your subscription period, and you agree that upon the termination of these Terms, we may delete all information related to your account.

Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of New Jersey shall EXCLUSIVELY govern this Agreement. Venue for any mediation, litigation, special proceeding, or other proceeding as between the parties that may be brought or arise out of, in connection with, or by reason of this Agreement shall be in Middlesex County, New Jersey.

Local Laws; Export Control

You agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data or privacy. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside. In addition, if you reside in a country which is prohibited by law, regulation, treaty or administrative act from entering into trade relations with the United States or its citizens, you may not use this Site. Such countries may include Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Serbia, Syria and Sudan, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with U.S. law in this regard.

Limitation on Liability

Officers, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or licensers of MyProWriter.com are NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR LOSS OF DATA, IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THIS SERVICE OR FOR ANY CLAIM, LOSS, OR INJURY BASED ON ERRORS OR OMISSION, INTERRUPTIONS, OR ANY OTHER INACCURACIES APPEARING ON MYPROWRITER.COM. (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT). A USER'S REMEDY FOR CLAIM AGAINST US SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT HE/SHE HAS PAID, IF ANY, TO US FOR USE OF ANY SERVICES FOUND ON MYPROWRITER.COM, IN NO WAY MAKES ANY GUARANTEES TO HIGH GRADES/MARKS RECEIVED BY ITS REGISTERED MEMBERS. ALL EDITORS PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT EDITED PAPERS ARE "PERFECT" OR "WITHOUT ERROR."
