SAT Essay
The SAT now requires every student to write an essay. For some, the essay section is the hardest part of the test, especially because it is timed.
Essay scorers will evaluate your ability to:
- develop and present ideas clearly
- write interesting, complex prose
- choose words appropriately and use correct sentence structure
- utilize logical reasoning and relevant examples to support a thesis.
With MyProWriter.com, all writing is done online. You will have 25 minutes to respond to a quote, passage or paragraph from a book. The practice SAT Essay topics are based on those on the real test. Once the essay is finished, it is sent to your ProWriter. He or she will then edit the essay for content, grammar, and structure, and write a comprehensive evaluation to provide you with guidance on how to improve your writing. Your essay will be scored between 0 and 6, using the ETS’s official SAT scoring rubric.
